📋 How Orders Work

Orders Broadcast to All Drivers

When an order comes in, every driver in your area gets notified. First to accept gets the job.

Confirm Your Check-In

You will receive a check-in confirmation message 3 hours before every order. Reply YES to confirm. Failure to respond puts your order at risk of reassignment and may result in deactivation.

Pick Up the Order

Arrive 5 minutes early. Give the restaurant the six-digit order ID number from the app. Take a photo of the pickup that includes your catering bags. Save the photo to your camera roll first, then upload to the app -- cell reception can cause direct uploads to fail.

Deliver & Complete

Set up the catering at the delivery location. Take a photo of the completed setup, save it to your camera roll, then upload to the app and mark the order complete. Do NOT mark "complete" more than 5 minutes before or after the designated delivery time. Our clients penalize us for early or late completions. Precision matters.

How do I get paid?
Payments are processed through GigSafe, usually next business day depending on your bank.
Can I set my own schedule?
Yes. You're an independent contractor. Accept orders when you're available. No minimum hours.
What if I can't make a delivery I accepted?
Contact us ASAP so we can reassign. Same-day cancellations may result in a conduct notice.
I can't log in. What do I do?
Make sure you're using Company: KCS, your phone number, and Password12 (capital P). Still stuck? Reply to your welcome text.
